1. The excitation winding, brush and collector ring structure is omitted, so the whole structure is simple, avoiding the faults of excitation winding of excitation generator which is easy to burn and break, and the brush and collector ring are easy to wear, etc. The performance is reliable.
2. Simplified rotor structure, there are two kinds of parallel magnetic field structure and series magnetic field structure: the rotor of parallel magnetic field structure is made by casting and pressing, and the permanent magnet is embedded inside, with high speed.
3. The rotor of series magnetic field structure is made of steel with permanent magnets embedded in the surface, which has strong magnetic induction strength on the rotor surface and a strong and reliable overall structure.
4. Good low-speed power generation performance and high output power. In idle operation, the output power is twice as high as that of the excitation type generator.
5. Adopting switching rectifier and voltage regulator and low-current pulse charging, avoiding the possibility of over-current charging and causing damage to the battery, which can extend the service life of the battery.
